Hi everyone! I'm from Indonesia. I got into this hobby since I got married less than a year ago.
My very first project was a handmade rosary for my husband. Not long ago, I had a chance to take one of professional course in Designer Jewelry at JDMIS, Singapore. I wish to be a profesional one in future, so I always look up for a chance.
I am so glad to find this community, because nothing better than get to know and make friends with people who has similar interest and then learn from people who has more experience!
- Experience and Creativity
Other than my last course, I also practice from books, tutorials, any possible source I can find.
I work with all kind of beads and standard wires, would love to work with pearls, but at this stage I only use low quality freshwater pearls. hehe.
My current project is my mother's birthday souvenirs. I decorate plain frames with Swarovski crystals. Quite challenging, coz working with Flat Backs No Hotfix and glueing technique are totally new for me.
- Hobbies and Interests
Besides making jewelry and crafts, I like Reading comics and novels, watching movies, swimming, photography, cooking.
One important thing, Try something that I've never done before.
- Fields of Creativity
Hmm I love to personalize my belongings. Buying jewelry is no longer necessary, because now, I can make my own jewelries that match with my outfit. Hehehehehe.
- Favorite Movies and Books
My fave movies are A Beautiful Mind and Up.
