I am a hairstylist by occupation, with a passion for art. I am a self taught beader, who has also experimented with many other forms of jewelry making such as working with art clay or precious metal clay, wire, soldering and beading. I also sew, knit and crochet, have done counted cross stitch, crewel work, paint and draw. I have never taken any classes and have gained all of my knowledge either through the internet or books. I have a natural curiosity in how things are made and enjoy the challenge of "figuring it out", once I figure it out then I am drawn to another challenge. I call it craftitice, it's my illness - ha ha!
