Hi,
My name is Sue . I run an Animal Sanctuary in Ireland (now you will understand why my Avatar is 2 goats -Luke and Fintan ) for farm animals and birds. You can view the animals on www.klas-millstreet.net
I also run an Internet shop ( www.amazingbeads.net) selling beads etc, and my own jewellery. The proceeds from these sales go toward the upkeep of the animals.
- Experience and Creativity
I sell my jewellery in various boutiques, as well as from my website. I have been making and selling jewellery for many years now.
In the main, I like to work with natural, semi-precious stones, and of course, crystals. Personally, I love to make large and unusual pieces. Many of my clients though, prefer different styles, so I obviously have to make items according to their requirements.
I also love working with Vintage Beads, and especially Vintage Swarowski.
Selling the loose beads is new, as is my website. I am uploading new stuff all the time, and prefer to go for quality, rather than quantity.
- Hobbies and Interests
Well, obviously beading and jewellery making. I also love books and reading, sewing, embroidery, cross stitch, painting, and gardening. However, with the animals to look after, my time is limited.
- Fields of Creativity
Crafts: incl. Jewellery, Embroidery, Cross Stitch, Knitting Painting, Gardening, and loads more things if I get the time, which I don't really!
- Favorite Movies and Books
Books - Anything by Beverley Nicholls, and in fact - anything - except for love stories and all that!
Films - a good thriller.
