Experience and Creativity

I've been beading for 14 years now. Started with stringing, went on with beadweaving and wire, then wirewrapping and now trying to combine everything I know :)

Lately I find inspiration from vintage costume jewellery. But I try to create pieces with findings and rhinestones with wire instead of soldering.

Hobbies and Interests

I still like to draw every now or then. But the jewellery takes the best of me :)

Fields of Creativity

Not much to say here. Jewelrymaking is a hobby or maybe more like an obsession of mine :)  I've teached at some workshops seedbeading, basic wire and wire wrapping here in Estonia. I've dreamt about having a beadshop - haha, I'm really too absentminded for that, although I really like searching different sources of beads and findings and creating contacts. I've done that job for a couple of beadshops here. I also dreamt about writing beading books and having one day a very own jewelrymaking magazine. Have so many ideas, but lack of consistency and courage to start with all of this.

...well, now I have my very own company, guess I'll try to go professional...

Favorite Movies and Books

I really like japanese beading books and magazines. Because of the clear and easy diagrams, gorgeous colorcombinations and the way of putting togehter so different materials and textures. Right now my favourite japanese magazine is Beads Bee.
