I started making jewelry last year, I found a bracelet that I wanted to give my sisters for Christmas and couldn't afford to purchase 4 of them so I made them for them. My husband says it would of been cheaper for me to purchase them. I found something I enjoy doing and spend most of my free time trying to design different pieces. And all of them have to have Swarovski crystals in them. If they don't sparkle they don't look right. I have uploaded a few items and I even started a store on etsy if you would like to see others.

What a cool avatar. Your pieces do not look like a beginner made them at all. Very nice! I hope you will join us in the community chit-chat....we all try to pop in daily to at least say "hello". We all understand your husband's attitude, and we know that while it might be technically true, you cannot put any price on how we feel when we are creating with our lovely crystals.
We have a very lively group here and are hoping to start discussing design and use of Swarovski crystals more, so pop into our forum and I hope to get to know you better soon!
