Cross, Crystal & Pearl Drop Necklace

Description: I copied the shape of this cross from a picture of a famous designers Cross Brooch. I loved the shape and the pearl detail.
The cross was cut out from a sheet of fine copper. I soldered around the edge twisted wire to strengthen it. In the centre I soldered a rectangular stone setting surrounded by pears and rounds. On the 4 points on the cross I placed a large pear. I soldered 4 pearls on pins and a large pear pearl at the bottom. The colours I have used are olivine, smoked topaz, clear, amethyst and golden shadow.
The belcher chain has 4 pearl drops and 2 olivine pears. The length of the cross is 5 inches long and the width is 3 1/2 inches. The length of the belcher chain is 20 inches long with a adjustable chain and crystal on the end. The cross is gold plated prong set and soldered by hand.

Description: This design is really easy. I was just playing with color combinations the other day and came up with this star motif. I did it in 2 string RAW technique, only using wire instead of strings.
