This bobeche that serves as a skirt for a candleholder uses the same little rose that I used in the Purple Rose Necklace: it's very versatile and easy to make. I then added swags, because I adore swags anywhere, and the result is beautiful. I also did a version in Siam that looks very romantic. It did require drilling through a plain glass bobeche with a dremel drill under water to get the holes in the right places, but otherwise it's a fairly simple project.
