Cascade WireLace Earrings

I typically write brief, to the point descriptions. But since I've been asked over and over again what inspired this design and how I invented this technique I decided to write a bit more than ususal - so here goes.
If you're like me, you have a growing jar of 4mm ophan bicones. Yes, I started out carefully putting each bead away but then I'd find a random one on the floor, couch crevace etc. Then there are the extra few that I didn't know what to do with,  so rather than put them away (like leaving one chip in the bag)  I dropped them in the jar that grew more beautiful with every variation.   Looking at this mixture made me want to come up with a design that would show off the color mix and thus was the genesis of my multi-loop Cascade WireLace earrings which uses 100 of the bicones (50 per earring). In order to make two matching multiple loop earrings I created a template. 
I taught these earrings at the CREATE TYOUR STYLE Tucson 2010 class and they have become so popular that I made a kit. Now I actually MIX colors as all my orphan bicones have found a home.  I've also found the Cascade earrings are equally beautiful in solid colors too.
