Description
Had this idea working for a while, and finally deceided to finish it. It is a lamp shade made with 8mm Swarovski emerald crystals. I weaved the crystals half way down, and then have strands that go the rest of the way. It has a total of 535 cystals in the lamp shade.

I love this, just my style for my own home. Are the crystals attached to a lamp shade at any point?
The top row is
The top row is attached to the metal of the lamp shade. I used fishing line to do the weaving, by looping it over the metal and then running the crystal up the fishing line. I use a fishing line that it just bearly gets through the 8mm crystal. So when it is brought up to the top it fitts up at the top with a snug fit. So I hope this helps you out.
