Make your own ear wires

Materials and Tools
• Round nose pliers
• Snipe nose pliers
• Ring mandrel
• Flush cutters
• Nylon jaw pliers
• 0.8mm Gold Plated Wire
• CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements
2 x 4mm Bicone Beads

Step 1

Cut 2 x 8cms of 0.8mm GP wire. Make a loop with round nose pliers at one end of each piece of wire. Add a crystal to match your design. Workings with both pieces of wire simultaneously; bend the wire over the narrowest part of the mandrel to form the shape.

Step 2

Snip the wire in line with the loop and make a small bend away from the loop using your snipe nose pliers. Make another bend directly above the crystal to finish your design. Always use flush cutters to avoid filing!
