Send a private message, he pokes around here and there but doesn't join in many of the forums. Send him a message, he'll be sure to respond.

But as far as wire working goes, you can find books in stores on how to wire wrap, etc. A lot of what you see of his designs are what he has made from his mind... no tutorial. Like his zodiac line I believe is purely his own. But the techniques on how to wire wrap can be found anywhere.
