SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Presents ME at Bead & Button 2011!

I am so honored to have been chosen by SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS to teach FOUR classes at the international Bead & Button Show in June, 2011. 

I haven't attended a Bead & Button Show in Milwaukee since 2002, when I last took classes as a student there.  At that time, the class brochure was about 24 pages or so.  I was amazed to receive an advance copy of this year's catalog and see that it nearly rivals the heft of Vogue magazine's September issue!  So many great classes for every need, so many talented artists.  I am proud to be in their company. 

My first class will be on Wednesday evening June 8, 4--7pm:  SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Presents:  Exotic Cuff Bracelet, a gorgeous piece to weave up quickly with RAW and a new joining technique.  You will want to make several to go with every party outfit or to give as gifts.

On Friday night, June 10 (my birthday!), 5 pm - 8 pm, I will be teaching another great bracelet:  SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Presents:  Chick Cubes and Links.  This class provides an opportunity for students to take their RAW skills to the next level by teaching methods of forming dimensional and shaped RAW elements.  This stunner looks like diamonds and topaz in this glittery combination of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.

I'll be going to bed early on my birthday so I can get up and be fresh to teach my all-day class on Saturday, SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Presents: Six Circles and a Square Bracelet.  SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS bicones and crystal pearls lend sparkle and pizzazz to this striking bracelet after you learn to expand your RAW skills to dimensional and shaped elements.

Lastly, I'll be teaching SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Presents:  Purple Twist Necklace on Sunday morning, 9 a.m. - noon before running off to the airport for my return flight to New York City.  I assure anyone who joins me for this class that they will be wearing their own version of my necklace that incorporates SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS twist pearls, bicones, rounds and helix beads on their way to the airport!
