Actually there was a forum topic recently... keeps coming up and about now and then... we aren't supposed to say WHERE to buy the beads. Because that's "kind of" like "advertising" where to buy them. And mentioning specific companies or sites would be considered commercial... so yea. You are right about the not being able to talk about "how to make money/selling" but this is also included in the "what not to do?" ....for lack of a better expression..

Sourcing Question
I am working on a project that sort of fell into my lap recently. It is earrings for a desparate bridal party, including the bride.
So here's my dilema - I have seen those strips of Swarovski crystals I believe either in plastic or rhodium - online - but I have never seen them from my supppliers or in stores. My customer gave me a pair of vintage earrings to try and duplicate and those strips would be perfect for this project, but I have no idea where to get them!
I might note that the original earrings do look as though they are Swarovski crystals in rhodium - the crystals are still brilliant, but the metal is not and they are clipons where the bride has pierced ears. My customer even called them "My Aunt''s old Austrian crystal earrings".
Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
