General Question, Because I do not know where it should go

It could be a couple things...

is the picture too big? what type of file is it (jpeg, etc.)? did you click publish at the end? did you save your changes when you uploaded the picture?

If you can walk me thru a step by step of what you're doing to upload your design and maybe I can catch the problem.

Maybe, you have not pblished your design? On the very end of the design creation process, there is a little check-box ndicating "published" - could you maybe reiew your design?
